About Image Compressor

JPEG / WebP — the quality slider controls lossy compression (1 = smallest file, 100 = best quality).
PNG — lossless format; the quality slider is ignored by browsers for PNG output.
WebP — available if your browser supports it (Chrome, Edge, Firefox 65+). Generally produces the smallest files.
Very large images (above ~8 MP) may take a moment to process.

All compression happens entirely in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. No images are uploaded to any server.
